Whew, you made it. Welcome!
You are a person who learned to contort yourself into who you needed to be to survive - at work, at home, in relationships, in life. Over the years you adapted. You performed. You endured.
You, my dear, are a soul divided.
Our work together will involve unraveling the various identities that once protected you, understanding why they were needed, and gently releasing them from a job they were never meant to carry forever.
Why? Because God never asked you to become someone else in order to survive. Life did.
We won't spend months revisiting the beliefs in your story because you don’t have months.
I am different in that I intuitively pay attention to the hesitation in your voice, the contradiction in your story, emotions that show up. Those things aren't random. They are the gateway to your deeper truth. And we will touch them, explore them, embrace them.
My clients want to become whole. They are people who are exhausted and realize their external success didn't solve the division within. They are people who are self-aware and courageous enough to suspect they are the common denominator and the problem isn't a spouse, childhood, or job.
They show up ready to compassionately confront the root cause beneath their struggle, who are ready to feel into it, own it, and integrate it. My clients are nothing short of amazing and incredibly internally powerful.
While my work is not necessarily to help you heal, transform, or feel more empowered, those things will more than likely be byproducts of our work together.
My work is about helping you become undivided. To become the beautiful, whole person God uniquely created you to be.
