If you are here perusing my website, I suspect you are a person who learned to contort yourself into who you needed to be to survive - at work, at home, in relationships, in life. Over the years you adapted. You performed. You endured.
Chances are your soul is divided.
Working with me involves compassionately yet deliberately unraveling the various identities that once protected you, understanding why they were needed, and gently releasing them from a job they were never meant to carry forever.
God never asked you to become someone else in order to survive. Life did. And in response, you became incredibly good at abandoning parts of yourself. You may not be able to articulate what is going on, but you feel it in your bones, hear it in quiet whispers when you are alone.
I am different in that I intuitively pay attention to the hesitation in your voice, the contradiction in your story, in emotions that show up unexpectedly. These beautiful signs are the gateway to your wholeness. We will touch and explore them because they are the part of you that is waiting to be fully embraced by you.
My clients are seeking wholeness. They are exhausted and realize their external success didn't solve the division within. They are also self-aware and courageous enough to suspect they are the common denominator, the actual disrupter in their lives.
They show up ready to compassionately confront the root cause beneath their struggle. They readily feel into what shows up, own it, and integrate it. My clients are nothing short of amazing and internally quite powerful.
While my work is not necessarily to help you heal, transform, or feel more empowered, those attributes will more than likely be byproducts of our work together.
My work is about helping you become undivided. To become the beautiful, whole person God uniquely created you to be.
