¬†The word ‚Äúintuition‚ÄĚ comes from the Latin verb ‚Äúintueri‚ÄĚ, meaning to intuit without the need for conscious reasoning. ¬†¬†

Most of us use just our minds to make decisions, process situations, etc. In that sense, we are using conscious reasoning to make decisions. But, did you know that the heart sends much more information to the brain than the brain sends to the heart? There's a reason for this.

Relying simply on the mind can lead to second guessing and overthinking, and being influenced beyond what is right for us. People literally wrap themselves into a pretzel using their minds. STOP OVERTHINKING. Sound familiar?

While Intuitive Coaching uses the fundamentals of traditional coaching, it adds in intuition as an insight and information gathering tool. And that is how we get to the heart of the matter.

Intuitives are not special. Rather, we intentionally build our intuitive muscle (that all of us are born with) so that our intuition is the main tool we use to assess and gather information while coaching.  Doing so, lessens the chances of getting into a mind trap of overthinking while we're coaching.

Not only is the coach intentionally avoiding the mind trap, they are guiding the client away from it as well. All with the purpose of getting down to, yet again, the client's heart of the matter.

The reason? When client's use their heart wisdom to discern rather than relying on the mind, they gain access to their internal resourcing thus they are able to make authentic choices for themselves.

Our mind, when relying on outside sources, most often delivers information not in alignment with our soul. Why? The mind cannot tell what is in alignment and what is not. But the heart can tell, because the heart holds our authenticity.

When we operate from the mind, it's no wonder we feel so far away from the person we know ourselves to be.

The more authentic a person is, the better able they are to live a life that aligns with their personal desires and purpose while staying in integrity with themselves.

Individual Coaching starts with the tug that's been knocking on client's heart. We get down beneath the tug, to the root of the tug.

In the course of the session, we acknowledge whatever shows up at the root (fear, ego, etc.) as messages that will aide in overcoming any obstacles and objections to achieving the client's goals.

Individual Coaching sessions can be in person (if local) or via Zoom anywhere in the world.

You can schedule an appointment using the link below, or feel free to send an email to find out more.

Group Coaching starts from the same premise as Individual Coaching; however, clients draw upon the group’s collective energy while doing individual work.

As individuals, we tend to overlook our internal misalignments due to being so very familiar with them.

In a group, others may see what we cannot see. And they often see the very essence of who we are even before we do.

Group Coaching is distinct from Group Counseling (Therapy) in that it is not designed to address mental health issues.

Should there be a time when someone in a Group Coaching session would benefit from counseling, they will be encouraged to find a mental health practitioner.

Additionally, members of the group do not counsel another member of the group as stated in the Group Coaching agreement.

Define your culture before it defines you.

Companies that take a holistic approach to leadership find team members and managers alike function at a higher level.

If we expect leaders to grasp the bigger picture of vision, mission, values, strategic planning, execution, and accountability, we must equip them to do so.

So often companies promote to a position but don't promote personal growth for the one being promoted.

Nurturing leaders in relational skills, rather than merely advancing them through promotions based on technical merit creates leaders that others believe in.

Teaching leaders to question from a place of inquiry rather than judgement makes them better able to find the best solutions. This approach invites creativity and root cause finding since no one is holding back out of fear of judgement.

Typical corporate jargon can then be set aside allowing for genuine, curious dialogue. And in that dialogue, root causes are discussed and solutions are truly vetted.

Creating a place where individuals use their gifts and talents and are given opportunities to grow and expand while also being held accountable is another important component of strong leadership.

Creating an environment where growth, personal integrity, and mutual respect are fostered and kept front and center requires intentionality. Such an approach creates something people believe in and a place where people can thrive.

Executive Coaching first and foremost focuses on the person.

Leading from a place of authenticity renders the executive more grounded and truly confident, devoid of ego, allowing them to guide with clarity and a genuine interest in the situation or individual(s).

Leading from this place has the potential to change a team's dynamic and even change an entire company culture.

Intuitive Coaching starts with the soul as the central guide, the barometer. That place where the external noise does NOT reside.

Clients are guided by their soul's wisdom to connect to their intuition and release blocks that are holding them back from reaching their desires and life purpose.

Traditional Coaching focuses on the mind utilizing mind-focused strategies and tools. While this¬†approach feels natural since¬†from a young age we are taught to use our mind to ‚Äúthink‚ÄĚ our way through things.¬†Nothing wrong with this style until the soul comes knocking.

Coaching and Energy Work Disclaimer

The International Coach Federation’s definition of coaching quoted in part is as follows: “Professional Coaching is an ongoing professional relationship that helps people produce extraordinary results in their lives, careers, businesses or organizations. Through the process of coaching, clients deepen their learning, improve their performance, and enhance their quality of life. In each meeting, the client chooses the focus of conversation, while the coach listens and contributes observations and questions. This interaction creates clarity and moves the client into action. Coaching accelerates the client’s progress by providing greater focus and awareness of choice. Coaching concentrates on where clients are now and what they are willing to do to get where they want to be in the future. Coaches recognize that results are a matter of the client’s intentions, choices and actions, supported by the coach’s efforts and application of the coaching process.”
