Intuitive Coaching
Intuition is information received through five primary gateways. Those gateways include clear knowing, hearing, seeing, emotions, and physical sensations in the body. Some intuitive information is also received through taste and smell. Those last two are less common, but no less important. I do receive information through smell. It’s wild when it happens and can make for a fun conversation in a coaching session.
As an Intuitive Coach, I have learned to recognize when intuitive information is coming in, and through which gateway it is arriving. This helps me be more specific when I coach.
Let me just say, while intuition has at times been labeled "woo woo", it's actually not. Just as athletes choose to develop their natural athletic ability, intuitives also choose to cultivate their intuition. Both are God given gifts. Both require practice. Both become stronger through intentional use.
As a child, I was hearing, seeing, feeling all sorts of information and usually did not know what to do with it all.
As an adult, I finally accepted that information coming in was not by accident and even found it quite useful; however, I still struggled to understand how it happened. So, I chose to go to intuition school to learn the science behind it all and how to intentionally use it in my coaching practice.
My foundational coaching skills are through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) which is the most recognized coaching accreditation program in the US.
I studied intuition through Atmana's Intuition School and received certification through their Sovereign Intuitive Coaching Certification program.
INDIVIDUAL COACHING
Individual Intuitive Coaching sessions can be in person (if local) or via ZOOM anywhere in the world.
Schedule an appointment using the link below, or feel free to send me an email to find out more.
Additionally, before each coaching session with a client, I set a secure and safe container for the highest good of my client and myself during the session. I ask God to watch over us and that only information that is for my highest good and that of my client be allowed to come into the coaching space.
BOOK A SESSIONGROUP COACHING
Group Coaching starts from the same premise as Individual Coaching; however, clients draw upon the group’s collective energy and wisdom while still doing their individual work.
Individually, we often overlook our internal misalignments due to being so very familiar with them. In essence, we put them on each day like we put on clothes.
In a group setting, others often see what we cannot see. The gift of a group session truly is the support, insight shared, and wonderful relationships established through the program.
To be clear, Group Coaching is not Group Therapy. At no time do we address mental health issues.
As with Individual Coaching, should there be a time when someone in a Group Coaching session would benefit from counseling, they will be encouraged to find a mental health practitioner.
Additionally, members of the group do not counsel one another as stated in the Group Coaching agreement.

Coaching and Energy Work Disclaimer
The International Coach Federation’s definition of coaching quoted in part is as follows: “Professional Coaching is an ongoing professional relationship that helps people produce extraordinary results in their lives, careers, businesses or organizations. Through the process of coaching, clients deepen their learning, improve their performance, and enhance their quality of life. In each meeting, the client chooses the focus of conversation, while the coach listens and contributes observations and questions. This interaction creates clarity and moves the client into action. Coaching accelerates the client’s progress by providing greater focus and awareness of choice. Coaching concentrates on where clients are now and what they are willing to do to get where they want to be in the future. Coaches recognize that results are a matter of the client’s intentions, choices and actions, supported by the coach’s efforts and application of the coaching process.”
