MEET CAROLYN
Hello!
Thank you for stopping by. The following somewhat of a mini-novel will give you an inside look into the why behind my work as an Intuitive Coach and Energy Worker.
All I’ve ever wanted is to be who God created me to be. This is not about religion—it was and is something deeper.
I was born highly intuitive along with a gift of healing energy. That is a lot for a kid, to bit it mildly.
Working with my horses at a very young age, I discovered they were sharing healing energy with me. In turn, I learned to share my energy with them. It was magical. Later in life, I discovered Reiki, which is a practice mirroring the energy work I’d naturally done as a child with my horses. Reiki gave a name, a structure, to what I had always known within me.
As for intuition, imagine being a child who just knew things. Imagine that child innocently sharing those truths with adults, only to learn early on and the hard way, that my intuition made many adults feel quite vulnerable. It especially bothered my father, a few teachers, and even a couple of college deans. Whew!
I was a child, just like all children, given beautiful gifts without an instruction manual. My gifts were not special, just particular to me.
I entered the world of human resources, ultimately moving into executive leadership roles. For thirty years I poured myself (and my intuition) into people, roles, and companies. I did leave the healing energy out as I just couldn't seem to find anyone open to that particular gift.
For all my years in corporate, I felt like a fish out of water most of the time. In my heart I knew I was meant for more.
But I had a plan, albeit a wild and woolly one.
In 2009, I hired a coach to get to the root of my life-long nagging feeling that I was created for more. The work was tough, soul searchingly tough. But, oh, so good!
And from there, I launched a wild and meandering plan to do more along side my corporate roles.
In 2010, I became a certified NLP practitioner.
Went through ICF coach training in 2015.
In 2018, certified as a Usui/Holy Fire II Reiki Master and Trainer.
Quietly founded Freely Authentic Coaching in 2019.
Retired from corporate in 2023.
My gifts are as natural as breathing. They are the very essence, the highest form of who God created me to be.
Today, my work is all about intuitively coaching others towards their own authenticity while offering a healing respite on my Reiki table. The combination of coaching and Reiki is powerful.
