Working with an Intuitive Coach may not be for everyone, but for those who feel called to work with me, and I with them, our journey together will be profound, life-changing, and rewarding. Why? Because where two or more are gathered, God shows up. Â
We are all created on purpose for a purpose. Each and every one of us!Â
I was born highly intuitive, with a natural gift of healing energy. Two powerful, God-given abilities that were a lot for this kid to process.
As for being highly intuitive, imagine being a child who just knew things. That child innocently shares her knowing with adults, only to learn early on, and the hard way, that such knowing made many adults feel quite vulnerable and irritable. Whew!
My intuition didn’t fully return to my awareness until 2017, during my mom’s battle with cancer.Â
The more I learned about intuition, the more I came to understood I wasn’t just intuitive. I was an intuitive!
With regard to healing energy, working with my horses at a very young age, I discovered my horses were sharing energy with me. In response, I learned to share my energy with them. That reciprocal sharing was quite literally lifesaving for me as I was drowning in the chaos of a narcissistic father. My horses didn’t just bring joy into my life, they were a refuge for my young, tired soul.Â
When I discovered Reiki 30 years later, I felt the same healing energy exchange I’d felt as a child with my horses. My soul took a huge breath and relaxed in a way I'd not felt since those moments with my horses. Reiki gave a name and a structure to what I had always known was within me. I quickly knew Reiki was also a part of my calling.Â
For thirty years, professionally, I poured myself, and unknowingly my intuition, into people, roles, and companies. I had a natural talent for seeing potential in others and an uncanny ability to solve complex problems and connect seemingly unrelated dots.
As an executive, I provided individual and group transformational coaching and training while simultaneously leading those same individuals through operational and cultural change, but deep down, I felt like a fish out of water most of the time.Â
Stepping out on faith, I started down the path of finding my own authenticity. That word was like a homing beacon in my soul. I hired a coach.
The work was tough, soul searchingly tough. I learned about my values (or the lack their of), my sub-parts (which I learn to embrace and treasure), my voice, and my authenticity. From there, I literally stepped out on a meandering journey towards entrepreneurship.
- In 2010, became a certified NLP practitioner.
- Went through ICF coach training in 2015.Â
- In 2018 became a certified Usui/Holy Fire II Reiki Master Teacher.Â
- Quietly founded Freely Authentic Coaching in 2019.
- Retired from corporate in 2023.
Today, as an Intuitive Coach, I guide others on their own journey of authenticity while sharing the respite work of Reiki. Â
