Since I was a little girl, my intuition has played a big part in my life. Working with my horses was my first experience with intuition. Horses reflect back to us what we give them. Their lessons were deeply soulful to me. Connecting with them was a way of life for me back then.
As an Intuitive Life Coach, I help people see what they cannot see so they can become who they came here to be. I help them get the gunk off of them, the gunk they've accumulated through a lifetime of neglecting who they were created to be.
I've always been curious and subsequently, I ask a lot of questions. I am curious about people. Curious about why we do what we do. Curious about the stories we tell ourselves, and the patterns we repeat.
That curiosity has shaped every chapter of my life.
For more than 35 years, I’ve worked with people across multiple industries, helping leaders navigate growth, change, culture, conflict, and transformation. As a Chief People Officer and HR executive, my job was often to see what others missed, challenge assumptions, identify what wasn't working, and help the organization move forward with greater clarity.
What I discovered over the years was that whether you're leading a company or leading your life, change doesn't happen just because you gather more information. It happens when you're willing to see what you've been unable, unwilling, or afraid to see. And then once you see and acknowledge that, you take the wisdom of that insight and make necessary and thoughtful changes.
To be clear, my coaching isn't about fixing you. It's about helping you reconnect with the wisdom, truth, and knowing that already exists within you.
To do this, I ask questions that open the doors of your inner self. I help you uncover patterns hiding in plain sight and beneath the surface. And I challenge the stories that no longer serve you. All the while creating a sacred container for honest conversations, meaningful breakthroughs, and lasting transformation.
My clients often tell me I see things they have never been able to see much less articulate. That's because I've learned to listen beyond what is being said. When my intuition comes into play, it allows me to notice what sits beneath the surface. I trust what intuitively emerges from my client’s stories, and celebrate with them when they start speaking their truth. The shift is truly remarkable.
Each of us was created with unique gifts, wisdom, and purpose. Yet, I know many of us spend years trying to become who we think we should be while quietly losing touch with who we actually are.
There comes a point when the soul gets tired of pretending. That's often when people find me.
At the heart of everything I do is one simple commitment: To live in the authentic expression of how God created me to be. And to help others do the same. God created me on purpose, for a purpose. And He created you for your own amazing purpose.
