Intuition has played a big part in my life since I was a child. Working with my horses taught me a lot about how energy flows and how I could pick up on it.
Horses reflect back to us the energy we're giving off, even when it's not what we think we're giving off. I learned this the hard way when I'd show up to work with them in a bad mood. Those horses reflected that mood right back to me. It took a while for me to see the pattern, but once I did, I could not unsee it.
For more than 35 years, I worked with people across multiple industries, helping leaders navigate growth, change, culture, conflict, and transformation. As a Chief People Officer and HR executive, my job was often to see what others missed, pick up on patterns, challenge assumptions, identify what wasn't working.
What I discovered over the years was that people (whether in corporate or not) were willing to contort themselves into something they were never created to be, simply to survive. Most often they didn't see the pattern running beneath the contortions. I saw it play out time and time again. It played out in me!
There comes a point when a person's soul gets tired of pretending, contorting. I find that is when people come looking for me.
I became an Intuitive Live Coach not to fix, but to help individuals become whole, as in the person who God created them to be. There is a hunger in the people who look for me, a hunger to be whole, to live internally in peace.
My clients often tell me I see things they have never been able to see, much less articulate.
