MEET CAROLYN
I was born an intuitive with a gift of healing energy. As a child, I used those gifts quite often with my horses. As I grew up, I set them aside as I found my gifts were not readily accepted among peers, youth group leaders, etc. Yet, God had a plan for those gifts.
After college, I spent 25 years in human resources eventually moving into executive roles. During that time, I coached within the corporate walls and was thrilled to see those I coached step into bigger, more satisfying roles.
I also watched colleagues grappling with issues of self-worth, questioning the value they brought to their jobs, and dealing with job security concerns. Many found themselves trapped in positions that didn't align with their true selves. And they were on path with no understanding of how to change direction. Their view of life was, "once I retire".
As those with whom I worked and coached in corporate shared their yearnings for more, it resonated very deeply with me.
Eventually, I had a decision to make. Stay on the corporate path or step into my calling of coaching and energy work.
The call was strong. The intuitive knowing within me, powerful. I founded Freely Authentic Coaching.
My professional journey into coaching and energy work started years ago along side my corporate positions.
Starting with my NLP certification in 2010 and later ICF coach training in 2015.
In 2018, I was certified as a Usui/Holy Fire II Reiki Master and Trainer. Through Reiki training, I remembered the energy work I'd done with my horses. It all came back to me. My gift was real, it was meant for more.
I use Intuitive Coaching combined with Reiki to bring alignment to the whole person. If we don't address the whole person, they end up with a hole. And in that hole, they put things from the outside that may not serve them so well.
