Working with an Intuitive Coach may not be for everyone, but for those who feel called to work with me, and I with them, our journey together will be profound, life-changing, and rewarding. Why? Because where two or more are gathered, God shows up. And when God shows up, magic happens. 

That said, my references to God do not equate to religion. This is something much different, deeper than religion.

My life's journey has brought me to the amazing realization and appreciation that we are all created on purpose for a purpose. Each and every one of us!

As for me, I was born highly intuitive, with a natural gift of healing energy. Two powerful, God-given abilities...that were a lot for this kid to process.

On being highly intuitive, imagine being a child who just knew things. That child innocently shares her knowing with adults, only to learn early on, and the hard way, that such knowing made many adults feel quite vulnerable and irritable. Whew!

Since I was an early teen, I've prayed for wisdom and discernment, not fully realizing I was also praying for the part of myself I had hidden. My intuition didn’t return to my awareness until 2017, during my mom’s cancer journey. You see, as a child, I had firmly tucked that part of me away because being intuitive felt anything but safe.

For years, discernment was the closest I allowed myself to get to intuition, and let me tell you, those two words are not the same. The more I learned about intuition, the more I understood it wasn’t just a part of me, it was meant to play a central role in my life.

With regard to healing energy, working with my horses at a very young age, I discovered my horses were sharing energy with me. In response, I learned to share my energy with them. It was magical and quite literally lifesaving for me as I was drowning in the chaos of a narcissistic father. My horses didn’t just bring joy into my life, they were a refuge for my young, tired soul. 

When I discovered Reiki 40 years later, I felt the same healing energy exchange I’d felt as a child with my horses. My soul took a huge breath and relaxed in a way I'd not felt since those moments with my horses. Reiki gave a name and a structure to what I had always known was within me. I quickly knew Reiki was also a part of my calling. 

For thirty years, professionally, I poured myself, and unknowingly my intuition, into people, roles, and companies. I had a natural talent for seeing potential in others and an uncanny ability to solve  complex problems. As an executive, I provided individual and group transformational coaching and training while simultaneously leading those same individuals through operational and cultural change, but deep down, I felt like a fish out of water most of the time. And during my corporate tenure, many a boss referenced and benefited from my spidey senses. Still, I did not claim my intuition until much later. 

Toward the middle of my career, I kept hearing the word "authenticity". That word was like a homing beacon in my soul. So I hired a coach to help me figure it all out. The work was tough, soul searchingly tough. But the call of living a life of authenticity was greater than the pain of dissolving years and years of unhealthy conditioning. From there, I literally stepped out on a meandering journey of faith.

• In 2010, became a certified NLP practitioner.
• Went through ICF coach training in 2015. 
• In 2018 became a certified Usui/Holy Fire II Reiki Master Teacher. 
• Quietly founded Freely Authentic Coaching in 2019.
• Retired from corporate in 2023.

Today, as an Intuitive Coach, I guide others on their own journey of authenticity while sharing the respite work of Reiki. In this work, I manifest the very essence, the highest form, of who I was created to be.
